## What Peradesk does

- **Business email hosting** — mailboxes on your own domain, with a modern web client, IMAP/SMTP, autodiscover and mobile profiles.
- **EU data residency & sovereignty** — customer mail is stored inside the EU/EEA (Germany and Finland). Peradesk and its infrastructure are not US-owned. GDPR-native, built for European businesses that want their email data under EU jurisdiction.
- **High deliverability** — human, transactional and marketing email travel on separate, isolated sending lanes so one class of traffic can never sink another's reputation. Automatic failover across delivery routes.
- **Zero-data-loss migration** — move mailboxes from another provider without losing mail; guided DNS cutover.
- **Transactional email API** — a simple REST API for password resets, invoices and notifications (transactional only; bulk marketing is separated).
- **Backup to storage you control** — an optional add-on backs mail up to the customer's own object storage (S3-compatible, FTP/SFTP, Google Drive), so backups stay under the customer's control.
- **Agency / MSP white-label** — agencies manage many client domains under one account, with white-label branding.
